Talking about pork knee


OK, what in the world is that?
Uh, it's pork knee.
Wait, Billy...did you just said pork KNEE?
Did I stutter?
And why did you have pork knee?
I was in Prague. It's a Czech specialty. I had to try it. Plus it was really cheap.
So how does pork knee taste?
Quite yummy actually. Not very fatty at all. The skin's a bit rubbery, but the meat was moist and juicy.
What are those yellow blobs in the upper right?
Yeah, sorry about my poor camera skills. Those are 2 kinds of mustard, to dip.
And the white stuff on the left?
Horseradish. Strong flavors go with strong flavors.
And the salad looking stuff?
Salad.
Oh.
Did you expect something else?
Nevermind. So a hearty Czech Pilsner probably hit the spot with that, right?
It would've. If I had it.
What did you wash it down with?
A pina colada
Really?
Yeah, why not?
